Hi, Sundeep-

Charles Johnson just took a look at the specs you wrote up and had some input, which you can see below. I'm also cc'ing Charles on this in order to introduce the two of you in case you'd like to discuss any of this.

Charles, Sundeep is one of our newer participants but he's already done some great work in planning the development cycle and otherwise moving this forward. We have several other new programmers as well in addition to the others we've got listed on the participant roster doc. Sundeep, I mentioned Charles to you on the IRC channel last night; he's something of a pioneer among bloggers, not least of which due to him having developed many of the features found on his own blog.

Looks good - one small suggestion I'd make is to get more RAM and a bigger HD for the server(s). RAM and drives are the cheapest part of this, and I always advise clients to get more than they think they'll need. It's easier to do it at the beginning than to upgrade later.
