I don't see a big risk if we let people self-assign their roles, if someone turns out to be an incompetent writer or bogus scientist, that will be quickly self-evident when they get to the marketing stage and the problem will fix itself, so if Tark wants to write, thats ok, too. But I was thinking of him more as an administrator, one who has some greater degree of scientific knowledge than, say, me.
