If you're going to say that Tom Leppert will get reelected, then you'd better get on the horn and talk to some political analyst types who can break down a rationale (even if they'll only talk on background).

So let's hear some ideas. Here's a great excuse to call anyone you're interested in and ask them, "Whatchew got going for next year?" (Note: the deadline for our January issue rapidly approaches. Don't dally.)
