Okay, heres the deal: My group is meeting at my home tomorrow afternoon, and as luck would have it, the lone Conservative member will be in Memphis. The remaining ladies are independent thinkers, so I will present your proposal, just hoping they arent scared off by the atheist designation. Remember, this is Texas, not Virginia!
Will keep you posted ..in the meantime find a movie we can see this weekend.

This is the candidate to whom I'm serving as communications advisor. His opponent is one of the biggest theocrats in Congress and a ten-year incumbent who's using taxpayer dollars to send out mailers attacking LeGrow, who could thus use volunteers to phone potential voters as well as donations. A strong campaign on LeGrow's part would force the Republicans to divert funds to this race, which would hurt many other Republicans who are running this year.
