very good post, how does one find
anything on the daily Kos that isn't directly linked on the home page, a very confusing website ---
Here's a guy who went to UVa Law School with Forbes, and has posted a lot about him, the first link is to a search I did of his blog
http://michael-in-norfolk.blogspot.com/search?q=randy+forbes, the second link
http://michael-in-norfolk.blogspot.com/2010/08/pentagon-to-eliminate-6000-norfolk.html is to what strikes me as the most potent argument against Forbes which is that the extreme attitudes that may appear to many to prevail in his district due to Forbes and the current state officials he buddies with are a disincentive for progressive employers to bring large facilities to the 4the district -- Sec Gates is apparently determined to close a large facility in that region and there is a lot of carrying-on about that in the region. Anyhow, this guy might be a source of stuff you could use more effectively than he himself could, since I suspect his blog has a narrow audience.
Came across the above blog while trying to find Confederacy affinity stories about Forbes -- in that part of Va, something I would expect.

Great, thanks for this. Here's a link to the first piece I've written for LeGrow, let me know what you think as I plan to use most of it for the e-mail forward.
