I was still in NYC...it was 2007...and I am only guessing but believe it was to WaPo.
Museum Directors and Art Gallery Owners and Famed Collectors hung on his every word.
He uttered his "Opinion": (Essentially...that Japser Johns was "not worth discussing"!)
What good is a Giant I.Q. if you TOTALLY MISS one of the real emerging Stars of that Period???????
I never took "Clem" seriously again.

Hi, Richard-
Thanks for that info. What e-mail address for Krauthammer did you use when he responded to you, out of curiosity?

Some years ago I became aware of Mr. Ugly...and I emailed him to contest some point he'd made.
I thought I'd made a strong argument to counter his (whatever)...and how did he respond?
"You are a moron." Full stop. Huh?
Note that I write to the NYTimes fairly often...and they print many/most of my comments.
About your list of Mr. K's Dead Wrong Predictions.
We are all aware of the FLOOD of negative Right Wing Comments/Opinions/Predictions.
Much of the time they are just unfocused, Negative Slurs.
The ConservoMedia repeats endlessly that RepUglyCons are going to WIN BIG in November.
It's the beginning of October. We have to wait until Nov. 2 to see how right or wrong
they've been, for example.
By actually listing KrautBuster's Specific Predictions...we finally can compare them with what
actually happened. Very Good!
I notice he's treated with kid gloves by the Lamestream Media. Why?
Why is he given such reverential treatment...when his Predictions are so often Dead Wrong????
I will run with your Comments and email you what I say.
Tx for the Spadework and Insights!

PS: It's great to have a writer toss in an email address...MANY times I have to go searching...
easy if they are connected to a University...often VERY hard or even impossible if not.
