I've just sent an e-mail to Charles Johnson asking if he can join us tomorrow night as well as to see if he'd be interested in discussing a deal whereby we could hire him to program our various collateral, particularly the eventual Project PM blog software (once we've hammered out the details, of course, and I imagine he'd be helpful in that part as well). If he can't make it tomorrow, we'll set up a time later this week to talk to him.

You may be right on that. I haven't confirmed with charles yet but will try to do so today; meanwhile I'll wait on bringing her in till later.

Barrett,

I'm 100% for increasing the size of the weekly meetings, but do you think it would be prudent to do so at a slightly slower pace?

I don't know if Tim's friend who does Wiki-style website programming is participating this week, but if he/she is, then assuming you've spoken to Johnson and he's participating, then we're increasing Wednesday's meeting count by over 100%.  For people are not a lot absolute wise, but a lot relatively speaking.

My concern is that the dynamics of the group can change so radically at a moments notice which could discourage members. I acknowledge that radical change could be for the best, but wonder f looking ahead it may make sense to let the group adjust to a few new members through at least one weekly meeting before adding new blood.

Scott
