8. Stephen Smith - sold Barnett shale piece

Stephen-

Steve Bargo here. We met about a month ago at your office. I hope everything is going well on your end.

Lately I've been engaged in setting up an oil and gas fund under the aegis of my investment banking firm Excellere. One of

the companies I've been working closely with on this, S.K. Oil & Gas, has partnered with some other outfits here in Texas to

pursue natural gas opportunities in Texas and Lousiana. Both of the sites we've been developing boast exceptional proven and

potential reserves, and the deal itself provides for a heavily expansive production schedule while nonetheless entailing a

relatively low level of serious risk.

Let's figure out a time to meet and discuss this further, and let me know if you'd like to forward you some materials in the

meantime. I'd also like to talk to you a bit more about the missionary work you've been doing; I'd also be interested in eventually meeting with the folks you've been working with on that. Call or shoot me an e-mail when you a have chance.

9. Michael Burnaman - same company as Smith above

Hi, Michael-

This is Steve Bargo; apologies for being out of touch for so long. I just shot an e-mail over to Stephen and wanted to check

in with you as well.

As I just told Stephen, I've been working on a deal with an oil and gas firm in conjunction with an energy fund I'm setting

up under Excellere, my investment outfit, and I wanted to see if the two of you would be interested in discussing the project

in greater detail at some point in the near future. If so, drop me a line when you have a moment and let's set something up.
