We're going to have an additional member sitting in our Wednesday meeting; this is Kermelos Alebachew, who has some experience in activism and in African development issues in particular and whom we'll be adding to the Africa work group upon launch. She probably won't be contributing as such during the meeting but will be on to get a feel for how we're operating at this point.
