we can build the site before you buy the domain.  But what I would need it your logo and some basic idea what you are looking for.

Can you send me your logo next week that I can start working on the site?

I envision the website being very simple with a small banner at the top and with tabbed menu choices underneath the banner (maybe the Project PM logo repeated many times in banner format)

Of course, we'll provide text and all of that to you soon. 

Let me know if you have any questions (and hit reply to all if you would so that my partners can keep up on this). Also, do we need to acquire the URL before you begin designing the site or can you build the structure and then stick it on the URL once we've got it?

We finally are getting the beta going for Bizwall-a complex CMS system to build a website.  I can assign very easily a free account for you (they are normally not free) that you can use for your company, personal site etc.
