Weve learned that your company has been involved in the area around the Iberia and Vermilion parishes in recent years and thus we wanted to check to see if you might have any interest in an exploration opportunity that we are putting together in South Tigre Lagoon, where weve leased 549 acres of land-adjacent shallow water barge locations. The property in question is located within the heart of the Miocene, Planulina, and Siphonina producing oil and gas trends and is surrounded on all sides by producing fields. A recent 3D seismic shoot has delineated both new and previously-acknowledged proven productive fault blocks; our first well will be situated to access 6 BCFE proved, 20 BCFE probable, and 100 BCFE possible for a total potential of 126 BCFE.

The letter that you send out should state that you have seen that they have had interest in the STL/Southern Vermillion Parish area in the past and that SK has an exploration opportunity that may interest them. Mention that the well has excellent deep potential and some proved reserves that would be accessed by the deep exploratory well. I think you can use a summary that your Dad already has. Close the letter thanking them for their interest and giving them contact information for more details.

Did you ever talk to Richard to see who the two companies he told Sam were interested in Tigre lagoon ?

Also, I had Barrett pull up all the companies working in the Iberia Parish area. I know some are probably
not real prospects , but if you could look throught the list, mark those you think are worth while contacting, and
help us put together an introduction letter we can send off with the power point presentation that would be great.
Barrett can writre the letter if you can just give him a call and go over the major points that need to be covered in the
initial contact.
