Barrett Brown here; we spoke a few weeks back about you potentially getting involved with Project PM. I wanted to see if you might have a moment to discuss with me some ideas regarding our attempt to improve science journalism; as I believe I mentioned to you, my basic plan has been to pair up freelancers with scientists and help them to sell the results, but I'd be interested in hearing any ideas you may have either in that regard or along some entirely different line. I'm also about to talk further to Robert Luhn at the National Center for Science Education about this, as he seems to have some different ideas as to how we should proceed. Meanwhile, I've recruited a few more people with relevant backgrounds, and, with your permission, would like to set you up on a small e-mail list so that you could begin discussing this, as my own background in such topics is rather limited.
