I apologize for being slow in replying.  Welcome to Project PM. I am sending you separately an invitation to participate in a group blog, http://www.workshoppm.blogspot.com/ , a place for planning and discussion related to this project.  We hope to move from discussion to implementation soon, depending on completion of supporting software.  I imagine Barrett has explained the project to you, but if you want some background reading, click back through through a couple of pages of 'older posts' on the Workshop blog and you will find a list of links to Barrett's writings related to the project.  I recommend the Skeptical Inquirer articles particularly.  He has also recently posted a piece including a description of how the network functions to assure that high quality information reaches a wide audience. http://trueslant.com/barrettbrown/2010/07/09/my-appearance-on-russia-today-project-pm-that-wacky-kremlin/

We are currently putting together some work groups to tackle various tasks and we will be in touch regarding participation in one or more of those.
