I have revised the PM spreadsheet substantially: --putting all names last-name first --adding a column indicating whether blogger or governing network member --adding a column for additional language spoken --adding a column for whether the person appears to have systems expertise
and doing a lot of general clean-up.
The spreadsheet is dynamic, meaning that you can use a tool at the top of each column to sort the column, so if you want to see the bloggers separated from the governators, or all those with systems skills, you can sort to bring those together.
Barrett, I assume that all "early adopters" who are not blogger are presumptively on the governing network, but there were some I do not have much information about, so look them over (you can sort the column, the ones with blanks in the field will be at the bottom, apologies since you probably know this). Also check to make sure I did not put anyone on the governing network who you would not want on it.
