Timothy Ellis referred me to you about the Project PM project you
wanted to start. I'm a full-time software engineer and a full-time
student in Rochester near where Tim lives. I have a lot of experience
with web programming primaily in PHP but I'm fluent in other languages
as well. Anyway I read your idea about what sounded to me a different
model for how
