Good catch on all of this, Clark. I'm going to be in Austin next week, which is one of the world's largest concentrations of students and otherwise a major biking center. I'm going to prepare a few printed signs to leave around the main drag alerting locals to this program, as well as providing contact info for Project PM; will print them out here in Dallas. Will also be recruiting on the ground as Austin is filled with orgs sympathetic to our mission. Will also e-mail bikesfortheworld.com about how we can best assist them, as well as learn from their specific procedures. If anyone has any further suggestions on how I can best take advantage of my five or six days in Austin - again, a stronghold of activism, misguided and otherwise -  please let me know.

Felipe, does this kind of networking exist for the older technologies that you and Barrett discussed for adaptation to village settings?  Is there a need for it to be created?
