Scott: hey Barrett, just wanted to check-in and see how things are progressing.
Scott: I'm going to go, but something we should be aware of, and I realize this may be in the back burner, I spoke to my accountant the other day as he called about my 2009 taxes, and I mentioned to him Project PM. He said incorporating is easy (admits this isn't his area of expertise but believes it doesn't matter much where). He did say though that if your base of operations is in NY and you incorporate in TX then you may end up having to deal with both states.
Scott: Also, he said his suggestion would be to incorporate wherever the books and records will be held.
me: Thanks for looking into that. I might make Texas my base of operations for the mid-term anyway, and at any rate Caleb Pritchard should be based there even longer, so that should help us avoid dealing with New York laws
me: I'm actually considering moving to Mexico for a while and going into Texas every month or so
