Scott, thanks for changing the fonts, they are more readable, esp for someone my age.

I thought having the cloud of tags/labels at the top of posting column looked clumsy, but I wanted to have the tags in both alphabetical and cloud forms because it is the only indexing we have (we have to take the blog public to word search it because they apply Google search) and the cloud display is useful because you can see at a glance what tags are being used the most and thus move toward consistency in selecting tags,  So, I put it back--it had not previously occurred to me that I could put it in the right column, where it looks better.

I went to "help" looking for ways to search e-mail, but what I found was mostly user complaints about the inability to unbundle the messages.  However, you can search them by author and content, assuming you remember specific information from the message you are looking for.

I played with the comment-posting time--see my comment in the blog.

Clark since you've been spearheading this, I'm interesting in knowing what you think.

Tim and Justin,

We are switching from a shared document to a group blog.
Since you were interested in how we document our planning activities, I just invited you to author status of the blog.
After I get some feedback, I will invite all Project PM participants; the blog allows for up to 100 authors.
