I do believe we can, and in fact that we'll be in a better position to do so at that point. Basically, I don't think running the manifesto now will preclude us from getting a high level of publicity later; we have plenty of other tricks up our sleeves.

I understand one of the main benefits of the launch is to raise awareness and this offers the potential to increase the number participants in all realms; however, if we can become incorporated within 2 months then I think it is wise to not put ourselves in a situation where we are unable to accept donations while the iron is getting hot.
