Barrett:  howdy
I'm sending over the first 750 words of the manifesto right now for you to take a look at it, will finish it up this evening
Sent at 5:07 PM on Saturday
Barrett:  additionally, I've already jotted it down and will add it to doc, but wanted to note that it would be effective to implement some sort of incentive program in order to get villager recipients of our aid, particularly in the form of information, to distribute it to others, and them in turn
I'm referring mostly to Farley's proposal of identifying simple engineering techniques that can be implemented with few skills and resources
I think we should compile those into pamphlets, partner with an African agency and other entities to distribute them, and then ensure by way of some method that they are continually distributed without further action from us
Sent at 5:10 PM on Saturday
Barrett:  I'm going to contribute to that and related matters of the ADP as soon as these articles are done and the governing network doc is up with our existing notes and questions, which I'm getting together tonight or tomorrow
Sent at 5:11 PM on Saturday
me:  sorry was away from screen, will read what you sent and give you any thoughts
 Barrett:  Great, thanks
