1.3.2 Additional Fees. Company will pay Licensor an additional payment of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each Month of the Term in which the Licensors blog exceeds 10,000 unique visitors as measured by the Companys reporting systems OR an additional payment of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each Month of the Term in which the Licensors blog exceeds 100,000 unique visitors as measured by the Companys reporting systems. For the purposes of this paragraph a Month is a calendar month.

+$250 for hitting 15k unique visitors (you'll have access to the data)/month
+$500 for hitting 100k UVs
