There is more than meets the eye. This is meant to be an experiment and demonstration ahead of launch, showing that I have the leadership skills to recruit people of great skill, put them on a project, and have them pursue it, eventually independent of any further input from myself. Also, as long as I'm building a media reform entity, why not invent another sort of new entity while I'm at it?

Why not just say that you want a grant for this world-changing new journalistic medium and cut out all the crap with water for Africa? I agree with the guy that what you really want to set up is a nonprofit and then you can pay yourself and any other participants from the proceeds? But don't play games with people who are giving you money.
