Why not concentrate on the media entity that is your main goal -- does everyone else think you should be asking donors for African water -- who is going to run the Africa water thing and how are you going to answer to donors?

Why not just say that you want a grant for this world-changing new journalistic medium and cut out all the crap with water for Africa? I agree with the guy that what you really want to set up is a nonprofit and then you can pay yourself and any other participants from the proceeds? But don't play games with people who are giving you money.
