Project PM Clean Water Project

Hope you're enjoying The Great Game Redux over there in Afghanland. Not sure if I mentioned that I've launched our first test sub-project, the Africa Development Program. Since our early focus is on figuring out the absolute best way in which maximize the effect of any donations we spend, and since water purification seems to offer the best dollars-to-development quotient, we're concentrating on that particular approach. I've invited you to edit the shared Google Doc that we're using as a scratch pad until such time as the collaborative software is finally ready, as I figured you might have some insight into the issue by virtue of having spent a good amount of time lately in regions with water difficulties. So, if you have any ideas, go ahead and let us know by way of the comments section of that document if you would; otherwise, we've got a few leads already anyway, and it looks like a couple of our recruits are starting to take initiative (which is fundamentally the purpose of this particular effort anyway, to see if PM can really move to a point at which it will operate on its "own" without any further initiative on my part - looks like it's getting there).
