Subject: Chat with Jonathan Farley

me: howdy, Jonathan
Jonathan: Hi
me: have you had a chance to look over Project PM?
Jonathan: I looked at the initial page, but there were other pages to look at, I think---so, no, not completely.
Jonathan: I'm fairly sure I will join.
Jonathan: I had German homework to do...
Jonathan: (still have some for this afternoon!)
me: great, I'll also be posting a more general, reader-friendly manifesto soon
me: I'll send you a link
me: I'd like to have you serve on the governing/legislative network
me: it won't require any time commitment on your part, you can contribute as much or as little as you'd like or nothing at all if you're busy, but I'd love to have you providing input into the system, as it's designed to run off of the input of extraordinarily intelligent people
me: it would also be an honor and a great method of recruitment to have you associated with the project publicly
me: we have software engineers and information security analysts with math backgrounds and will be bringing on a couple of MIT grad students in addition to the other academics we have, but..
me: you could be of particular help as you'd be by far our most talented mathematician
me: and in the mid- to long-term, we're going to be expanding into a number of additional areas, including charitable trusts, direct action against fascist entities, building an open-source intelligence agency, etc.
me: we've basically got several dozen geniuses on board already and the network is designed to allow them to collaborate in a manner that beats anything else in history
me: which is why I've been able to recruit all of these folks and get backing from True/Slant and everything
me: this thing is going to explode, and when it does, we're going to be gunning for certain people, but this time with an audience of hundreds of thousands a week
me: considerably more, eventually
me: and R.S. McCain is way up there on my list of people who need to be taken out of the game ASAP
Jonathan: I'm sure I will join...it's just that I like to read everything first. I will do that tonight (after my German class) or tomorrow.
Jonathan: I always read rental car agreements, for instance!
me: great, take your time
Jonathan: But I do need to be prompted.
me: just wanted to get you excited
Jonathan: Last week I replied to an email someone sent me in 2008.
me: sure, I'll send you a message tomorrow
me: yeah, I'm having similar problems
me: have tasked a fellow with responding to my e-mails from new recruits for Project PM
