Just to save time in case we're going to continue sparring, I'm not really "hard left," being an anarcho-capitalist/libertarian quietist. I do share some issues with the left insomuch as that I'm in favor of gay rights, an end to the drug war, and secularism, but I think it's demonstrably the case that the Founders would not have approved of the drug war or any attempts to characterize our government as in any way deriving from the tenets of Judaism, Christianity, or both. I'd also be happy to debate you on that or any other matter via gmail, with the proceedings to be run in full both on your blog and one or more of my outlets. I'd particularly be interested in having an exchange regarding the Founders and their expressed opinions on Christianity and religion in general as relates to the ideological underpinnings of our Constitution as well as our national character, as I believe you have implied some sentiments on that subject in the midst of one of our past encounters.
Anyway, give it some thought. Will have Wikileaks post up soon.
