It still says the same thing, that you have to take addition steps. You may need to enter that authorization code yourself, as it's saying you still need to authorize the transfer. Here's exactly what it tells me on the site:

Step 2: Authorize
Transfer is waiting for the customer to authorize the transfer. An email has been sent to the administrative contact with the transaction id and security code.
Recommended Action:
The administrator should go to the Domain Manager and use this information to authorize the transfer.
