So, I figured out why that piece on you guys never ran - they were shutting down the NYC Onion apparatus. That's okay, because as of this week I'm now writing for Rolling Stone, so can perhaps get the piece ran there. At any rate, I can get something placed somewhere big sometime in the next couple of months or sooner; will keep you updated.

Hi everybody,

Apologies if you receive this more than once, but today is my last day as city editor of The A.V. Club in New York. The New York website is being shut down, the city section in the paper is being cut significantly, and I am moving on.
