me: don't think she does anymore, but not sure
she still has dog
Karen: oh no, is it better housetrained than Andrew's dog?
me: yeah
me: Andrew's dog wasn't poorly housetrained
me: it's just that andrew rarely took it out
me: I mostly did that
me: also, it was just a little feces-making machine
me: Mirna wouldn't have some dog soiling her pretty little carpets
Karen: good, did moshe get the place repainted for his new tenants?
me: yep
me: That Scott kid is in the basement for the time being
me: and I believe Moshe gave Christopher a little money for a motel room until his new place opens up on the first

Karen: oh my god! the LANDLORD gave money to the TENANT! weird.
me: He's a great landlord
Karen: yes he sounds like a nice guy. But good riddance to Chris and Scott.
