Please tell me you'll have Mirna prepare a contract to share in the profits of this new venture, and not get screwed out of all the work you're doing to put it together?
This is one of the lessons I hope you've learned from the past -- doing work for your friends and not getting paid. If it's successful, you should share in the profits!
 
Even I won't be particularly important to this project or even capable of screwing it up, as once it's set in motion it will be out of my hands, as the nature of all of this - which I haven't yet discussed openly as it's dependent in part on the intellectual property of my friend Andrew Stein - will be unusual in terms of structure and basically self-perpetuating.
