How can Atheists and other secularists achieve the greatest possible success in getting their candidates into office this November? Ellen Johnson, executive director of Enlighten the Vote, will discuss this and other issues of relevance to secularists on Sunday, January 31 at the Upper Moreland Library in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Johnson has been a prominent figure in the secular and Atheist movement for the past twenty years. Having served as president of American Atheists for over a decade before moving on to Enlighten the Vote, she's given talks at prominent American academic institutions like UC Berkely and Harvard, addressed Atheist groups in France and Germany, and has been a frequent guest on MSNBC, CNN, Fox News, and other major U.S. outlets, having appeared on such programs as Glenn Beck on Headline News, The O’Reilly Factor, Hannity and Colmbs, Larry King Live, CBS Sunday Morning, Barbara Walters, and C-SPAN’s prestigious public affairs program “Washington Journal.”

Enlighten the Vote is a political action committee dedicated to promoting the Establishment Clause of the U.S. Constitution as well as providing assistance for Atheist candidates to office.

Ms. Johnson will speak at 1:30, with attendance open to the public.
The talk is sponsored by the Humanist Association of Greater Philadelphia.

Sure, I'll re-write it tomorrow if that's okay; I'm supposed to do a Vanity Fair piece tonight so that we can scoop the NYT on something. Let me know if that's too late, in which case I can try to get it re-written tonight.

Tomorrow is fine.  Thanks.  I'd love to see your article if I can.
