I'm moving to Williamsburg at the end of the month in order to play house with some girl, so won't be able to do my column for BushwickBk anymore as I'm no longer a Bushwick resident, so I thought perhaps you might be interested in submitting a sample column to Jeremy Sapienza, the editor, or at least doing some features for him every once in a while; the poor guy doesn't have many good writers but he needs content, as his site actually makes money and has a pretty firm reader base and all that. He can be reached at jeremy.sapienza@gmail.com if you're interested in giving that a shot. He pays a fairly reasonable rate for articles and is also a swell guy in general. You might also think about doing some video content for him as well.
