This is just the basic skeleton of such a project, and obviously more thinking needs to be done regarding the form such a thing would take; at any rate, I'll be proposing it in theory in my epilogue, which I'll be writing tonight. If this interests you, we should discuss it further at a later time after I've gotten a few other prominent folks interested. At any rate, give me a call if you could so I can get some quotes from you for the epilogue.
