I think I could do that for you, perhaps with me doing a couple of articles a week and my assistant helping me to get a network of links established such that the articles are working to your best advantage. I retain my original contacts and venues by way of The Huffington Post, True/Slant, and other outlets, and have the means by which to otherwise heavily promote perhaps two or three of our best articles each week by way of the social networking apparatus I have in place by way of such sites as reddit, Digg, stumbleupon, and others. In addition, I could arrange to compile the contact info for appropriate companies, medical facilities, research centers if you're able to budget some payment for that, as it would be a big job but probably the best means by which to really get the site in front of the right people and otherwise get things such that you'll have a nicely-sized readership in a matter of weeks. 

Let me know what you'd be willing to offer in exchange for this. Perhaps you could pay me a sum in exchange for a set number of articles each week and then another, variable sum based on how much traffic increases after that point.
