Yes, she is named after him. Her name is Tesla Nikola. She wasn't named for a few weeks. Her mother named her. Her dad left for denmark and namibia, but now he's in montana, and he owes her quite a bit of money

Is she named after the scientist? I didn't want to ask her because I'm sure she gets asked that frequently and didn't want to irritate her. If so, her parents are awesome.
