Something oriented around branding one's self would be perfect.

The site has existed for almost a year, gets between 50,000 and 80,000 uniques a month, and will be increasing its readership going forward as we start promoting it in earnest and as we improve the quality of the content. We've just brought on a bunch of people and have sold some ads such that we should be bringing in a couple of thousand bucks net each month starting in January; also have a big event planned for January 16th for which we have paying sponsors and whatnot, and we'll be holding similarly profitable events throughout the year as a means by which to bring in more funds. One of the key changes we'll be making is the adding of video content whereby we'll be going out to events with little Flip cameras and producing humorous coverage of Manhattan high society; stuff along the lines of what you're doing with the How To Do Stuff segments would also be perfect in terms of where I'd like to take the site. Chris, this foppish editor/publisher, has a ridiculous number of contacts and is very good at getting us access to all the big shindigs and talking to potential sponsors and whatnot, but he's given me a great deal of editorial control, and so I'd like to clever-up the overall content relative to what he's been doing thus far, de-emphasize these little celebrity stories and start going after a less daft audience.

Long story short, this is a viable project with actual, real-life money behind it and more to come - I wouldn't be blowing my time on it otherwise - so I'd like to put together some sort of offer for you late next month when I've got a better idea of the financial situation going forward. I'm also going to start using the term "going forward" a lot because I'm an editor now. I look forward to meeting with you going forward as the New Year goes forward going forward.

Yeah, I'd be happy to put them on there. I haven't inspected those sites yet because I thought you said you were making them, I didn't realize they existed already. I could make them for the site if you think it jives with them, of course they would be basically the same. I think my next episode might be some instruction on maybe...personal branding. And I plan to do some parts with my friend tesla, so they should be really funny. I'm gonna do less desk stuff I think.
Yes a propper meeting is in order, these are Big plans.
There was a woman who was urging me to do the videos for series potential, but when it comes down to it, I just like making them and I think the concept is a lot of fun and people friendly

What are you planning on doing with them? If these are just meant to display your various talents and you're just planning on sticking them on YouTube for now, you should let us put one of them up on Scallywag and Vagabond when you're done, too. The site's going to be much better after our little revamp is complete; for one thing, I'm going to start copy editing everything and thus put an end to the grammatical travesties that have been getting through. Anyway, you should try to come by next month, for our plans are ever so ambitious!

I'm gonna do some more episodes, I wasn't entirely happy with the holiday one. I thought it looked too professional and I like more ambiance

What is this for again? Someone commissioned it?
