Dear Patrick – I’m looking forward to seeing one of the sample chapters. Please do not rush on my account, unless you’re in Summit County, Colorado during that time; I’ll be there on vacation from 12/25-1/9. I certainly think that if you are, yourself, part of the pitch to the publishing industry, then the book should contain your anecdotes. But I would keep your purpose in mind and turning it into something that might encourage people to classify it as a memoir, if it is not your goal to write such a book at this stage of your life.

Hi Paul,

Thanks so much for getting back. I can imagine how busy you are and I really appreciate you taking the time to review the proposal.

I will get you a sample cahpter in the next few weeks. For this exercise, I assume any one will do. I also wanted to let you know that I am expanding the audience to include all entertainment professionals. Writers, Directors, Producers and Would-Be Studio Executives would benifit from this approach just as much as actors.

Regarding your concern about the proposal being a little confusing, it was my intent to weave in anticdotal material with the "how to" approach to the business. But if you feel that is not the right concept, would you have any thoughts as to how to make it less confusing? You make a great point and I would hate to miss this opportunity.

Thanks again for your time and your offer to look at a sample chapter. I really hope its something that strikes a cord with you and that we might get a chance to work together on this project.
