Wow. Well, get that all wrapped up and then get the fuck out of there. You're welcome to stay here, or perhaps next door with my friend Andrew Cray, this English mutual fund manager who has a nice couch.

That sounds like something I could do.

Yo it's about to go down. Roommate was taking my mail in preparation for illegal eviction, steal my deposit, God knows what happening to my dogs. Tomorrow is my birthday. I was expecting lots of stuff, getting none of it, I don't have key to mailbox... he lies about bills.... So I have stuff status confirmed hey Oliver did such and such  arrive...

Was going to illegally evict me. I'm calling police on him when he gets back. Yesterday I knew he was coming into my room, so I  called police department asking advice not wanting him arrested to not do that to him but it becomes a matter of documentation and honestly fuck you birthday cards I spent money on stuff that came usps priority that's theft fraud and he was going to fuck me bad.

Hey, Heidi-

Barrett Brown here. Can you write at all, or take pictures? I probably mentioned that we're running an online magazine out of this apartment now. We cover tons of Manhattan events, and we need more reporters. You would be sent to various high-end galas - free drinks, celebrities, and whatnot. It would give you a chance to network. Give me a call or come by 37 Park Street #2.

Hello,

My name is Heidi. I get modeling jobs sometimes, but not all the time, so I have other jobs. I have two small dogs and bad credit, which is why I'm in the situation I'm in. I rented a room from the person leasing, they charge me more than half, he finagles over toilet paper (I'm not a cheap person), he's dishonest, he comes into my room when I'm not here and I'm moving out and almost certain he'll keep my deposit, due to the vulnerability of my situation. I went to the University of Georgia, I was a professional and defaulted on some big loans back in April and well... I'm truer to myself now and I love NY, but I don't like feeling this vulnerable where I live.

I need a place to live and get comfortable and stay for a little while. I'd like to move fairly quickly and can pay the rent immediately. My rent here is due the 15th, but I'm anticipating him keeping my deposit (and not because of my dogs, I'd like to invite you over to see the condition of my apt), but just because he's greedy and dishonest. It's why we have fought in the past. Just a totally backwards person, I clean up after him to avoid conflict because he's a slob and I like things neat, but then for example I'm busy for a week and it gets messy and this total slob has the audacity question me and put me down about it, like I'm his freaking wife of ten years. I started joking "please don't beat me, Oliver."

So in anticipation of him keeping my deposit and things getting hostile, though I need to be out the 15th, I'm willing to move in somewhere sooner. Any possibility I could pay the deposit in installments? I'd love to meet. I don't mean to go on and on. I'm a nice person, almost 25, I care about my health, I have an active work and social life and I love, love my two small dogs that are like babies to me. They're like girl dogs, don't cause any damage, house trained etc. The worst problem with them is apparently they bark after I leave. So I don't know how thick your walls are.

But that's my situation and I'm looking to make a rental situation a comfortable home until my financial situation improves, which I believe it will. I'm talking with Matrix hair products and I'm under consideration for a really well paying job. But those don't come all the time. I only started recently and it would be my first SERIOUS paying job. But also I play the keyboard, write music, am a classically trained pianist, college graduate, I do pursue the entertainment industry but I temper it with the same realism that brought me to university and later a professional job. But I always had other dreams and when I was laid off I was devastated, but now I just believe in myself and my talents. But I'm no fool, I fear insecurity and will always pay rent. Okay I'm almost 25 lol that's a little old to couch surf, but I could do it. But I have obligations to my dogs to give them a safe environment and I need some space.

Sorry for the long response, but I thought I'd take a chance since you're a writer.

I already live in Bushwick, so I'm looking in Bushwick, I can't afford a rental truck lol, so I'd like to bring my futon by foot to my new residence.

Give me a call if you like at 347 583 2020

Heidi
