No, you're not paranoid......in this case, at least. Just talked to the young lady at NR and she assured me that you would be getting your copy within two weeks. And she was not amused at the suggestion that a conspiracy was the cause.

I still haven't received a copy of National Review. Do you know if they've charged you for it? If not, perhaps you could get me a subscription to The Economist or some other magazine that is capable of exchanging copies for money?
