Hey guy,

I saw your ad on craigslist, and not only did you sound like a real person, but the place you're offering sounds like something I'm interested in. Actually, I was pretty excited, because I'm an aspiring writer myself (super small-scale right now--I just blog for a new nonprofit) and it's always comforting to see an ad that with actual sentences. Sifting through those things can get me pretty dejected: "NEW RENOV.ROOM $650 MUST HAVE REF BE CLEAN NONSMOKER PLZ U CAN MOVE IN DEC 15," etc.

I was also excited to hear that you work for an organization that promotes the rights of secular Americans. That's great!
