its probably a bad idea, has a better chance of breaking things than fixing things

Andrew: yeah, the machine is not powerful enough for youtube, cant fix that

that's not correct
Andrew: the flash player just chokes on that processor

but sometimes they will all stop in the middle
Andrew: yes, because the processor does have symmetric multi
it cant give priority to youtube, for example

Andrew: so if anything else happens on the machine, the player loses pri
and chokes
its unavoidable on that type of processor
google "youtube eee" or "youtube atom"

2:27 PM me: I almost threw this chick out of my apartment last night because she claimed that no serious AI researcher is concerned about the potential dangers of AI
2:28 PM and then I showed her info on like five major figures in AI research who are concerned about just that
also, she seems to believe in the trinity
Andrew: thats certainly true of alot of AI researchers - not nearly all though, clearly
