yelled at the girl upstairs

11:45 AM me: I'm also under the impression that he's planning on leaving me without paying me the rent for this past month
well
the girl upstairs knocked on the floor because he was once again playing his bass real loudly at 12:30 pm
I asked him to just turn down the bass
and he did
11:46 AM but then he said he was going to go upstairs and go ballistic on that chick right before he leaves
I asked him not to as this would create problems for me
and he started arguing with me about it
11:47 AM I recorded part of it on my new voice recorder
$30 at radioshack, best purchase ever

me: anyway, then he came into my room with the bass and threw it out the window
Andrew: broken glass?
11:48 AM me: luckily it landed right about where trash and whatnot is supposed to go anyway on the curb

I apologized to the girl, whom he yelled at this morning
11:49 AM but at any rate, I'm worried that he's not going to give me the $600 he owes me for last month's rent
and meanwhile Straub still doesn't have his signing bonus and hasn't started yet
11:50 AM so, if this plays out as I'm worried it will, could I borrow $600 for like a week or so?
I'd be able to pay you back very quickly
as this new girl is going to give me money for deposit
and I've got a bunch of money coming in

and it might not even be necessary

my new job pays me quarterly instead of bo monthly

as sad as it sounds - i like the guy, but hes in a depression spiral

me: yeah, I can't really do that because I've got this sweet girl coming up from Georgia tomorrow
Andrew: but if you advertise for 2 sublets now, you can probably get rent by monday

11:58 AM tell straub he has to get another place - i know he doesnt want to live with his parents, but he certainly can
they have an empty room
i have sympathy for the guy
but hes been withotu a job for 4 months now

because I asked him to move out after he threated everyone on another occasion the other day

me: the idea was that Straub would pay him for it with his signing bonus
12:06 PM anyway, he already got a 40k job down in Austin and is offering to pay me the $200 anyway
