My friend and I (not a couple) are looking to move out by October 31 (in costumes...jk. but srsly it's Halloweeeeeeen.)

We're looking to stay at least 3 months or longer (negotiable).

We both have a steady income.
We're both very clean especially for shared spaces.
Only messy (Not duhrrrty) and it stays in the bedroom.
We are quiet, super laidback, respectful, social, responsible and never brings the party home.
We don't have any pets but love them all.
