Well, I'm getting dementia. It was last May!
Do you want me to call Brenda, though, and see if her daughter knows of anyone?

Subject: roommate for my daughter in New York needed
To: Brenda Spa Spencer <bspencer777@gmail.com>

Dear Girlfriends,

My daughter, Priscilla, 24, will need a new roommate after July 1st in New York.  If you don't mind forwarding this on to anyone you know
who might have an idea of a possibility, I would appreciate it so much.  Priscilla has posted this on Facebook, and we hope she can find
someone that we know or at least can learn a little about her background so that she doesn't have to resort to using Craig's List.
Priscilla is very easy going and fun!

Thank you,
Brenda

Hello, all!  My roommate is moving to India July 1st, and I'm looking
for someone to take her place.

The quick stats:

+ Private bedroom and bathroom in a newly-renovated 2BR/2BA
+ 2nd floor w/ elevator
+ Your Room: 155 sq ft bedroom (13'6" x 11'6"), plus 13 sq ft closet
(4'7" x 3'1") and 39 sq ft bathroom (8' x 4'10").
+ Shared Space:  242 sq ft (22' x 11') common room/kitchenette
(furnished with a futon, dining table and chairs, and a 37" TV), plus
12.5 sq ft shared closet (5'7" x 2'3").
+ Located in the East Village
+ $1,400/mo not including utilities, plus $1,400 security deposit.
Utilities and internet/basic cable average $100/mo
+ Directly above a grocery store for your shopping convenience!

About me:
+ Female, 24
+ Non-smoker
+ BSE '07 from the University of Pennsylvania
+ A CG artist in the TV commercial industry
+ Enjoys reading, writing, baking desserts, and making wigs and costumes.
+ Looking for a female, close-ish to my age, who is a non-smoker.

6th and D is a fantastic place to live.  It's a multi-ethnic,
family-oriented neighborhood, and the two blocks separating it from
the vibrant night life of the heart of the East Village make it much
quieter and less expensive, though still easily accessible.

It's within easy walking distance (about 12 minutes) of the F, V, J,
M, Z, L, and 6 lines, and a 25 minute walk (or 20 minute bus ride) to
Union Square, where you can catch the 4, 5, 6, L, N, R, W, and Q
trains.  The 14D bus runs every 5-7 minutes, and it'll take you from
right outside our door to Union Square!
