I'm definitely interested in getting involved with the book in whatever capacity you'd like, and could begin any time. I would want some cash up front and a small percentage of the royalties, with the exact figure depending on the nature and extent of the work involved.
Have you given any more thought to whether you would want me to help with research/organization or the actual writing or both?
