On June 6th I attended a Washington Area Secular Humanists meeting that featured a talk by a Maryland State Senator named Jamie Raskin. The write up on the talk is linked to above.
 
I propose that Jamie be listed as a Thumbs Up on the ETV.com website.
 
 
 
I also propose that ETV.com give a major Thumps Down to the Virginia GOP candidate for Governor. His name is Robert McDonnell but he is unaffectionately known as "Taliban Bob". Reason for the thumbs down can be understood by reading this article from 2003.
