Howdy-

I understand that you're looking for comedy writers, and I'd like to be considered for the gig. My work has appeared in Vanity Fair, National Lampoon, The Onion A.V. Club, Skeptic, McSweeney's, The Huffington Post, and dozens of other publications. My first book, Flock of Dodos: Behind Modern Creationism, Intelligent Design, and the Easter Bunny was released in 2007, and my second, another book of political humor, is set for release next year. I've also done some television work as a contract writer for Fox Business Channel's Emmy-award winning comedy financial program Hoofy and Boo.

I'm seeking at least $30,000 a year.

I've pasted my resume below; let me know if you'd like to see some samples.

Thanks,
