OK, but it seems to me that if you could be getting a byline in VF and -- 50 cents a word to boot -- that you should be spending your time focused on them. That's where your talent really is and your future lies.
I was a little alarmed when I realized you hadn't pitched several ideas to VF immediately after your big success with them -- which was almost a month ago now. You're just not as aggressive with your opportunities as you should be -- and that's part of your artist's personality.
As your de-facto agent/strategist, I just want to make that point.

He's not creepy, I had a meeting with him the other day; actually a pretty charming Australian fellow. Not going to spend that much time, but it makes sense for me to go to whatever a-list events he has lined up since I need to do New Yorky things anyway, and it doesn't take me more than an hour to write up an article.
