I've noticed that you may be in touch with a couple of writers who have sued Drew Nederpelt, and I was wondering if you could provide me with a little info, as I may have to do the same thing. I wrote a book for his Sterling & Ross publishing company that was released in April 2007, and I've only received one royalty check from him thus far although I'm supposed to be getting them every six months according to the contract. He's also stopped responding to my e-mail queries. Could you let me know if any of the writers who posted on the Nederpelt thread at Absolute Write have been successful in suing him, or perhaps point me to a bit of information regarding how I might go about doing the same?
