Great article! I just was wondering what LCA stands for, although the explanation was good maybe an example would help the reader to relate better. I did not know about this organization and the article left me wanting to know more about this as it sounds very interesting and an important development. 
Anyway, just a few small points but overall very good. Your style of writing is very professional but not over ones head so I like that.
