A friend (buyer) of mine just completed a land purchase in Mexico where the seller (American) did not release the $3 million property for two years even though he had been fully paid. When the Mexican legal system arrested the seller for attempted fraud and after he spent 2 nights in a Mexican jail, he finally released the land to the buyer. Apart from the fact that it is a captivating story in itself, we have an interest in having it published in a magazine or newspaper somewhere. You will be paid depending on obviously having the article published as well as the significance of the actual publication.
